Welcome to A Dose of Pretty!


I live with two boys, hubby and son, and one male dog.  Therefore, I sometimes crave a little bit more feminine touches in our home.  That is one of the reasons I decided to start this blog and because when I find inspiring design photos I don't usually tag them.  I am sure that this will help me journal those design photos.


I hope to share with you "pretty" inspiration photos, DIY projects, and our travels. I am slowly making our home more beautiful thanks to all of the inspiration and motivation I have gotten from other blogs.  I can say that I have become addicted to reading my favorite ones.


It has taken me a while to do this because it is a bit intimidating.  I feel like a need a class on blogging.  But I will learn as I go.
