Sewing Class 101 - Making a Reversible Apron

One of the things I have wanted to learn and master is sewing.  For my birthday, my wonderful parents-in-law got me this sewing machine.  And this is the small antique desk I bought while hubby was gone on a business trip.

My first class was this past weekend. I made a reversible apron using linen fabric in an oatmeal color and a blue ticking stripe cotton fabric.  This is me modeling the apron I made showing the ticking stripe fabric. I love the classic look of it.

I still can't believe I made it.  I have a few projects on my mind already that I want to tackle soon. I will keep you posted of what they are.
