A Dose of Pink

Since October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month
I thought I should post this in honor of hubby's Mom
who is a survivor.

I am needing something pink in my house.
Sometimes, I really crave the color pink.
I never thought I would say this living in a pink house.
That is right. You read that right.
We are renting a pink house. That is a long story and a choice we both regret.
I am glad though that I am not the only one.
This morning, reading this post I learned that Suze is also living in a pink house.

Regardless, I still think I need a hint of pink in our house.

I recently stopped by a local consignment store and I found this vintage
hand-painted Chinese tea set at a price I couldn't refuse.
I thought that the hint of pink in this tea set would fulfill my craving of pink.
