Rebecca's Eclectic Modern
I really like the style eclectic modern, which may even define my own style.
During the flight to South Carolina,
I was able to peruse through MSL Boundless Beauty Special Issue.
Rebecca Roberston is MSL's decorating editor
and she worked with Kevin Sharkey on Project Decorate in
the Premiere iPad issue.
Here are a few pictures of her eclectic modern room.
By the way, the pair of white cabinets behind the sofa
How genius is that?
Here is what the non-embellished cabinet looks like.
She also made her own coffee table.
She used an army cot, 4 baking sheets that she covered in
a fabric she designed herself in Spoonflower, and then added
plexiglass to the baking sheets.
This is another idea I love and I may just have to try it.
Did you know you can design your own fabric?
Make sure you check out Spoonflower to find out
more information on designing your own fabric.
P.S. It is so nice to be on vacation and have the time to relax with
my morning cup of coffee, blog, and read all of my favorites.
Have a wonderful Tuesday!
