The Sequin Trend

I have been admiring this sequin trend for quite some time now. I liked how

it looked on other people, but didn't quite feel comfortable wearing sequins.

And if you ask me, sequins will forever be glam and they are an investment -

better when they are vintage. So maybe someday, I will have some vintage sequins 

to pass on to a daughter. If you are like me, then trends, whether they are in fashion or 

decor, usually take a while to sink in and get used to. Anyway, I am excited to go out 

on dates with the hubby for lunch or dinner, especially since we will have a Nanny 

as of next week, and wear my new sequin top or dress - a girl can never have to
many sequins. I am smitten with the way Alicia (above) styled her sequins and
I may just have to do the same. And when I do wear them, I will try to remember
to take a photo of myself and share with you.
