Happy Weekend

Happy weekend dear friends!

Here are some random notes for the week:

- Today AJ starts preschool. On a Friday. Weird right? My little boy is growing up too fast.

- I have been listening to Adele non-stop. Adele must not have been that popular
in Peru because I recently found her music. Where was I all this time?

- Ella Sofia turned three months this week.

- I made this last weekend and it tasted like fall should (recipe here).

It has the perfect layers of apples, caramel, and streusel. I opted not to use the pecans

in the streusel and not to drizzle the caramel on top.

- Lately, I have been obsessing over illustrated sweaters, this one particularly. It's

the perfect fall sweater. I am desperately hoping the weather gets cooler soon. I am
tired of my summer clothes already.

This weekend we will be relaxing at home and probably attacking some home projects.
