Monday Must-Haves {Traveling in Style}
When I wrote the name for this post, my mind immediately went to the scene in Toy Story where Woody tells Buzz, ". . . faaalling in style." If you have kiddos and have watched this movie like 100 times, then you know what I am talking about. Anyway, back to my post. With the summer vacation season coming up, I wanted to share with you my absolute must-haves for traveling comfortable and organized, but in style.
We have a long weekend trip planned for the Memorial Day holiday in Hilton Head, South Carolina and a day or two in Savannah, Georgia. I am going to try and fit as much as we can from Sarah's guides to visiting Savannah {guide 1, guide 2, guide 3}. Did you ever read them? They are good. I am so excited for this trip that I have already started packing my bags in my head. We are due a break from our normal routines.
+ Meet my newest obsession with these travel bags. They are really great for everything. The petite is great for my handbag to carry baby things like a pacifier, diaper rash cream, hair bows, or things for me like my favorite lip balm, a pony tail holder, hand cream, etc. The grand is a great beauty-product-catchall for my luggage for long weekend trips. This lovely lady introduced them to me and I agree that they are an essential.
+ No matter what season it is, I always carry a cardigan with me. I tend to get cold traveling or sometimes restaurants are just too cold for me. Anyway, this cardigan is my favorite and I buy it a size bigger for a relaxed look.
+ The iPad is a travel essential in our family. We watch movies in it, play games, check my email, catch up on instagram, and even do a little shopping. This Rebecca Minkoff case is both classic and fun and on sale for 50 percent off. Go buy it before it sells out!
+ I am new to this water bottle, but I already love it. I love that it's not plastic and I have been carrying it everywhere with me since the mail man dropped it off.
+ After trying a few designer ballet flats, I keep coming back to these classic flats. They are so comfortable and they mold perfectly to your feet. On my wish list is their newest summer version. I am loving the look and color of these straw ballet flats. They will absolutely become a summer staple in my closet.
