Wow, the last day of August. Where did the summer go? I feel like this year has flown by. I am already scheduling fall soccer season with AJ, talking Halloween costumes with the kiddos, and the hubby and I are contemplating a getaway to the mountains come cooler weather. Seriously, it has gone too fast. So as a follow-up to my previous post, I ended up bringing the chairs with me, but not the black, the cocoa. And I love them. They look a lot better in person than online. I did want the linen ivory, but as the hubby mentioned to me the kiddos would just tear them up with stains. We are not at a point in our lives to have light furniture in the dining room and I have come to terms with that. Hopefully, I will start stripping the dining table soon and get it repaired. And since we are probably moving back to South America in a few years, I can just get the chairs reupholstered then. Perfect.

+ I came home with this kiss tee today and love the way Hanna is wearing it here. Simple, casual and classic. My go-to lately.
+ I have added this silk boy blouse in tossed hearts to my wish list because it will look great paired with my sequin bow cardigan from last year. Hearts and bows together, yes please! It will look so cute with my pair of leather shorts come the fall.
+ I finished a blog design that I am super excited about. I will share the details with you next week.
+ I am cooking comfort food like crazy. I made this tonight with some modifications and cooking Ina's turkey lasagna tomorrow night.
+ And just like Sarah said, I am living in these silk shorts. They are so comfortable and cute.
+ On my reading list is this article about Sofia Coppola.
