Weekend Memo
This is exactly how I envision weekends. Lounging around the house, catching up on my favorite magazines or reading a book. Maybe open a bottle of red and start cooking a delicious meal, such as this or this. I could seriously get lost in Lucy Laucht's blog and instagram feed. I'm living vicariously through her life. To be honest I have gotten lost in both when suddenly a little tap on my shoulder comes to save me from hours of wanderlust. I'm sure it was more like five minutes though. Hours, I wish! Ha! With two little kiddos, hours just isn't happening these days. Five minutes sounds about right. I think I know what my moments with Sunday will be this weekend.
What are your plans for the weekend?
Read: T Magazine. My newest obsession of dreaming about planning some fabulous vacations.
Cook: Although the weather is getting warmer and I should be thinking about lighter fare, a roast as mentioned above sounds perfect for Sunday's meal.

Snack: Anything with this Alpine Lace cheese please.
