Miette's Parisian Macarons
This last photo makes me happy. I'm glad EMS photo bombed the shoot with her dancing.
I think in a previous life I was probably a baker/pastry chef. I'm most certain I was as I really enjoy baking. As I mentioned yesterday on twitter and instagram, I attempted to make Miette's Parisian Macarons and while perfect they are not, they were a success. So I'm celebrating that and sharing the result with you. As I have mentioned previously, next week begins an entire week of EMS birthday celebration. The celebration will start with a giveaway so stay tuned for those details. I'll also be sharing party details such as her birthday outfit, party favors, and other things, and a step-by-step guide along with the recipe to these macarons and the European buttercream filling.
