Broiled Lobster Crostini With Champagne Sauce
When I was asked to be a guest at Natalie's blog, Catalina Creative, and come up with a summer recipe a few ideas came to mind. In the end, I settled on sharing a Lobster Crostini with a delicious champagne sauce. This is a recipe I had been wanting to try for quite some time. The lobster recipe also fits with Natalie's beach week theme so it was an easy feat. And since I live by the ocean it just felt right to pay my local seafood market a visit.And can I talk about this delicious champagne sauce?! So good. The best part about cooking with any liquor is that you get to enjoy a glass of it while cooking.
