The Pantry Edit
During this time of year, you'll find me doing a pantry update. Last year I wrote about creating a well-stocked kitchen for cooking in the fall and you can find my fall grocery list here. I also replace some of my baking ingredients like baking powder and baking soda which tend to have a short shelf life, and I'll pick up from the grocery store some seasonal ingredients as well {pumpkin and fig butters, pumpkin puree, etc.}. As I start thinking about updating my pantry for the fall, I'm also thinking of doing buying based on quality and beautiful branding. In some instances, I do judge a book by its cover. Don't you? The first image is my inspiration. I'm hoping that my kitchen shelf can serve as displaying some of my most used pantry items.Besides updating the pantry during this time of year, I also take inventory of my entertaining essentials and add a few more. Next week, I'll be sharing some of my entertaining essentials I have recently added to my collection.Shop some of the items shown above: Sea Salt, California Blend Oil, Daisy Organic All-Purpose Flour, Risotto, Linguini, Whipping Cream, Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Extract {a favorite}
