Weekend Memo
This past few days have been spent producing holiday content for the blog hence you've seen some Christmas things pop up on my social media. It is after all my favorite time of the year. Working with Thymes has also been a great pleasure so it's been fun to get to do what I love doing. But besides that, I'm taking the time to really cherish each moment I create and live in that moment. During this time of year I feel at my best for some reason. It must be the holiday spirit in the air or something in the water, and I just love it. The holidays for me have started and I'm really savoring these times. What I haven't done yet though is played Christmas music, but this video from Kate Spade with Anna Kendrick have me itching to turn on my Pandora Christmas station and I think I will today.Weekend MemoIt's soup weather . . . cooking this delicious Kale and White Bean Soup and this Pear and Fig Galette with Goat Cheese for lunch this weekend.J. Crew takes Paris . . . to celebrate the upcoming arrival in Paris (the first-ever stores there open next year): a party with meringues, stripes, Jenna, a preview of the spring 2015 collection and a killer view of the Arc de Triomphe. I'm thinking I need another trip to Paris next spring. Who wants to go with me?Savannah Travel Guide . . . every year after Christmas the hubby and I spend a whole day in Savannah. We usually visit our regulars, but this year we will get crazy and try a few new-to-us places thanks to Wit & Delight.Thymes holiday collection . . . if you haven't picked up one of their candles or reed diffusers yet, you are missing out.
