Homemade Beet Hummus

I can't get enough of this hummus lately. It's the perfect snack before dinner when I need to curb cravings. I've been snacking on it with crackers or on a piece of toast.Beet Hummus1/2 cup cooked beets {drained and rinsed if using a can}1/2 cup chickpeas {drained and rinsed}1 - 2 garlic cloves2 Tablespoons Tahini2 Tablespoons Olive oiljuice of 1 lemonkosher salt and freshly ground pepperIn your food processor, add all ingredients and pulse until smooth. Taste for flavor and texture. Add more olive oil, salt and pepper, if needed.Serve with crackers or on toast.Recipe adapted from @jewelsofny
