Valentine's Day Blooms

I love a fresh bunch of roses. I'll happily take them in blush or rose quartz please. They can truly brighten up gloomy and cold days. And speaking of cold days, the weather in Miami has finally dropped making me pull this pink coat out of my closet -- just in time for Valentine's day. And after lusting over these kitty flats for years, I jumped at the chance to get them when Shopbop finally started to carry the line. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. They are super chic and will definitely update my "mom" uniform.

We spent Valentine's day at home like we normally do every year. We usually prefer a cozy day in instead of celebrating anywhere else. I made heart pancakes for the kiddos and accompanied them with other of our breakfast favorites. And of course some festive treats were a must.
