Easter Sunday

Happy Monday! And happy belated Easter! I hope your Sunday was a great, blessed day. You may have seen these grams over on Instagram, but I thought I would share more from our day here. Fresh blooms from the market, a bottle of wine, my favorite vintages plates, my favorite French platter, the in-laws gifted-silver flatware, and of course a new dress to wear which I paired with my Ferragamo flats. It was a beautiful day, with great food, and great company -- which gave me every reason to pull out my favorite vintage plates and our silver flatware. They only come out on special occasions, and obviously Easter is one of them.

Our Easter menu as I had mentioned in this post, included Ina Garten's standing rib roast. It's become our holiday go-to which also made an appearance last Christmas Eve. It's so simple, and a big crowd pleaser. The leftovers make for delicious sandwiches on a French baguette with some of the mustard horseradish sauce.

As for today, there's the possibility that we will be heading over to the Miami Open.
