The countdown to Paris has begun. In about three weeks, we will be on a plane to the City of Lights. The reality is that I didn't have much forewarning about the trip, but those are the best kind of trips. It felt a bit spontaneous and definitely serendipitous - a happy surprise this summer and the perfect time to escape the Miami heat.

As you've already read in this post, this post, and this post I have begun my packing list. I'm adding classics to my wardrobe, like this Chanel-inspired jacket and this Equipment silk blouse, that not only will be key players while in Paris, but will also help me build a timeless wardrobe.
