Weekend Memo No. 88
Happy Friday! How's summer treating you? I, for one thing have been so unmotivated to cook. I blame the heat. The last thing I want to do is get in the kitchen near a hot stove. I did however find this frozen cauliflower rice from Trader Joe's and have basically been eating rice bowls. If you haven't made Ina Garten's Asian Salmon, I suggest you do. It paired really well with the cauliflower rice and green beans. Also, over the cauliflower rice, add some cooked chicken breasts, corn, black beans, avocado, and finish it off with a little bit of this guacamole salsa. These two quick and easy meals have become my version of healthy lately. I'll dedicate a post to these meals soon.
In regards to Paris, I'm compiling my to-do list which I'll be sharing soon. There's so much I didn't get to do last time and I'm hoping a full 6 days will allow us to really enjoy the Parisian lifestyle. Yesterday though, I shared my full Paris packing list so make sure you don't miss that post. It's a good one! Also, the dress that I'm planning on wearing for the Lovers In Paris shoot arrives soon and I can't contain my excitement. I hope it fits like a glove. I'll be sharing the details with you later.
