Picnic-Style Friendsgiving
I've always wanted to host a Friendsgiving. The idea of getting together with friends, celebrating, eating, drinking, and making new memories just sounds perfect. I love entertaining and so this year, I decided that it was time to host a Friendsgiving. I invited some of my favorite friends, and because we wanted to spend time at the beach, I came up with this picnic-style Friendsgiving. It was very convenient that Stanley reached out and sent me some of their awesome outdoor products to use at our event. They came in so handy!
Sunny Afternoon Picnic Basket, Stanley Adventure Happy Hour System, Stanley Vacuum Bottle, Madewell Backyard Blanket, Brixton Hat, J. Crew Sandals
I kept the food simple and decided that a charcuterie board was the way to go. My friend Ana brought a bottle of Lorenza rosé and my friend Burcu brought dessert. I filled the Stanley Vacuum Bottle with cold water and we used the Happy Hour System to make drinks.
The weather was overcast, but beautiful and as you can see from the photo above, it even rained on us. But despite then rain, we enjoyed the company and food.
We had so much fun, I've decided to make it an annual tradition. I'll definitely repeat this event next year in some way. Maybe a camp-style event because I love the idea of getting outdoors.
Why I love my Stanley products so much:
Adventure Happy Hour System 4x• 18/8 stainless steel won’t rust; naturally BPA-free• Double wall steel rocks glasses are durable + sweat-free• Dishwasher safe• 7-piece nesting system saves space when packing or storing
Classic 1.1qt Vacuum Bottle• Vacuum insulation keeps drinks hot or cold 24 hours or iced 120 hours• 18/8 stainless steel won’t rust; natural BPA-free• Insulated lid doubles as cup• Leak proof and fully packable
If you've been wanting to host a Friendsgiving, I highly encourage you to do so. There's still time!
Happy Friendsgiving!
