Healthy Nutrition On The Go

 

No matter what day of the week, it seems that I'm always on the go. Even if I'm at home some days I just don't seem to have time to prepare myself a proper meal for breakfast or lunch. So I like to stock up my fridge with these protein-packed yogurt drinks that I can easily throw in my bag if need be. I've actually been a long time fan of Dannon Light & Fit and my personal trainer even recommended these yogurt drinks as a healthy snack. So when I was approached my Dannon to collaborate with them, I of course immediately said yes.

They fit effortlessly in my busy life. They go with me to run errands, to drop off or pick up the kids from school, or after a workout at the gym.

Although these yogurt drinks need to be refrigerated, I'll throw one in my bag for a light snack. I love the way they make me feel because I know they are packed with protein and pretty filling.

So if you're in need of a healthy snack, give these a go. You'll even find them in a four pack at Walmart.
