Meet my style icon, Jenny Walton. I've been following her for some time now, but it was just recently that I've started crushing on her style. She's like a modern Audrey Hepburn. And I've been taking some style notes from this chic lady, and I'm going to share my notes with you. Here we go.

1. Statement earrings. When in doubt, add pretty statement earrings to your simple outfit. It's the easiest way to dress it up, elevate it, and make it your own. I love her collection of J.Crew earrings.2. A white button down shirt. I've noticed that Jenny will pair a classic white shirt with pants and skirts. I'm loving this tie waist version and this classic shirt.3. A classic black pant. I'm almost 100% sure she is wearing this pant in the first photo. In this photo, you can tell that the pants she's wearing has a side zipper, sewn in pockets, back welt pockets, and her pants have a slit on the hem -- just like these.4. A kitten heel. Love this black pair just like the ones she's wearing here and here.5. A trench coat. Cropped or classic it's just so versatile and chic.6. A great summer bag as in the picture above. I'm thinking of adding the large version of my Cult Gaia to my wardrobe.7. A scarf. Wear it like she does on her hair or around her neck. I'm loving this skinny one to wear around the neck.8. A bucket bag. She's been toting one around lately.9. Stick to classic Ray-Ban sunglasses. The only pair you really need.10. A hair bun will solve all of your bad hair days.
