18 things to do in 2018
Hello March! I can't believe that we're almost through the first quarter of the year. Time is flying by and here's what we should do more of in 2018.
I recently found this image in my pinterest feed, and loved the idea of this list that I went ahead and shared it with you in a recent weekend memo. But I think it deserves it's own post. Don't you agree?
And most of these I would consider a work in progress -- especially no. 2 {eat more veggies}, no. 14 {fall in love with exercise}, no. 17 {spend less}, and no. 18 {and meditate}.
no. 1 {say yes} should be modified to say "but know when to say NO." Don't you agree?! Because sometimes we say yes to things that aren't beneficial to us. I've learned this lesson in my 30's for sure. It's totally ok to say no.
As for no. 9 {plan a trip}, I'm on my way to check it off the list. I'm planning a trip to NYC at the end of the month as I mentioned in this post.
