Lady in Red

It's the most wonderful time of the year. I love the magic of the holiday season. Everything around us feels a little bit more special, and the traditions of the season just makes me feel nostalgic and warm. It even turns me into a red person. And it's not often you see me wearing red, but this holiday season is turning me into loving this festive color. And this may just be my Christmas Eve outfit.

These are my favorite fancy pants. And this red pair has become my holiday pants. I have them in pink, navy, ivory, and this red pair was my most current addition. I've been wearing them a little too much this month. Anytime I wear them, I get so many compliments. I love the cropped fit as I can also wear them with flats. If I can get my hands on a new color, I'm going for it.

I always feel like the holiday season is too short. Do you ever feel that way? Thank goodness we have twenty more days of holiday cheer. That's a few more days to finish shopping for gifts, bake more Christmas cookies, and finish trimming the tree and decking the halls. I'm taking in all of the holiday magic and enjoying the most wonderful time of year.
