I am so happy it is a three-day weekend for me.

I have lots to do.

About a month ago I almost bought a chair like the one below

for $25 at my favorite antique store.

I think I am going go see if they still have it.

I have also been meaning to start reading this book that I have

had for a couple of weeks now.

This weekend besides starting to read this book, I am hoping

to start painting hubby's dresser. Finally!

It has been on my to-do list for quite some time now.

Hopefully, I will be back here this weekend to show you

the dresser if it all turns okay.

I am also hoping to do little updates around the house.

Some of you may be wondering why I am doing all these

updates two months before we leave. Well,

I like stepping into our home and having a good feeling about it.

I am also posting our PB dining chairs on Craigslist.

I am crossing my fingers that they sell fast.

I have been brainstorming what to replace them with

when we return to the States, but I will leave that for another post.
