Welcome August

Seriously, where has the time gone?! August already. But I am actually happy to welcome August. The last month of summer, but I guess that really depends on where you live. I think summer weather where I live goes into October, if I remember correctly. Anyway, I am already craving cooler weather and pulling my tweed jackets out of my closet to wear with my favorite summer staple, denim shorts. I have literally been living in my denim shorts lately, and this is a summer staple that I am looking forward to wearing in the fall with a pair of boots. I am lusting over these boots and they happen to be the perfect color for the coming fall and winter seasons and they are currently on sale. Now is the time to shop for denim shorts too and these and these (both on sale) are also on my wish list. And if you are looking for a great tweed jacket this one here (on sale also) is one that needs to find a place in my closet. Happy August!
