On The Table

I love finding easy and delicious recipes. We eat in about ninety-nine percent of the time and I would say most of them are home cooked meals with the exception of our favorite frozen pizzas. The hubby and I love to cook, but on most weekdays I am the one cooking. When I first began working from home I was having a hard time balancing work with house duties. However, now I think I am doing a better job balancing my responsibilities and on most evenings come five pm, you will find me indulging in a glass of wine and preparing dinner. Tonight you will find this easy and simple two-course meal on the table.
