What a week! The hubby has been away all week and that meant that at least on one night of the week I would do my usual thing when he is gone: treat myself with grocery store sushi, a good bottle of wine for the night, and a bouquet of flowers. In this case, I found a beautiful bouquet of orange spray roses {see it on instagram here}. I enjoyed it all! After the kiddos went to bed, I opened up the bottle of wine, got my sushi and watched the Halloween special of Prettly Little Liars. Yes, I watch it and I am hooked. Anyway, I am happy the hubby arrives tonight and this weekend we will be remaking our favorite homemade pizza. If you haven't tried it, you must!

• Blog business • Since I now have professional photos of me, thanks to Lesley, I took the time to update my about page. Also, I finally made the switch to Disqus. For those of you that are not bloggers, it pertains to the commenting system. That only means that the way you enter a comment will be slightly different than you were used to.
• New buy • I finally ordered my business cards. And of course I needed a business card holder. I took advantage of the Kate Spade Friends & Family sale last weekend and ordered this little wallet to use as my card holder. I already received it and it's perfect! My color seems to be sold out. I recently showed it to you on instagram.
• Halloween Treats • I am the snack Mom at AJ's school for Halloween and I am thinking of making these cookies. They are so cute!
• Cook • This new take on a grilled cheese sandwich is a must try!
• Fashion • I am so happy to be seeing white heels during this time of year {see here, here, and here}. My new Emerson Fry heels will definitely be making an appearance more often. They are comfortable too!
• Style Icon • Kate Davidson Hudson is becoming my new style icon. I have already pinned a few images of her.
• Interiors • You need to see the apartment of Rebecca de Ravenel. It's gorgeous and fun!
