Weekend Memo {+ A Note}
Before I get into my weekend memo post and links, I just want to share a few things. First, I'm so happy you take the time to read my stories and current obsessions. Secondly, I'm excited about 2014 and the changes I'm implementing on this blog. And I'm talking changes in regards to content and not the look. At this point, I don't have plans for a major redesign overhaul, although a little tweak here and there may happen in the future. I am constantly thinking of ways to improve and I have some ideas that will involve more original content, more of what I'm doing, and more of what I'm buying with regards to the French Five. Although, I may need to modify the rules of the French Five a bit. More on that later. But besides all the good things I'm planning for and anticipating, without a doubt I'm sure this year as any year will have its challenges. This year, maybe more so as the hubby is deploying for most of the year starting in a couple of months. I sometimes feel like a single Mom and juggling it all isn't easy all of the time. Sometimes, yes definitely! And I truly believe that energy follows thought so I'm definitely focusing my energy on the positive things in my life. Good things come to those who have good thoughts. I really live by these words. As I shared in this post, "evolve" is my 2014 word, but by motto in life in general is definitely that phrase.
This week has been crazy here. I'm mostly referring to the weather, but thank goodness the temps are warming up and spring season is just around the corner. And I had big plans this weekend to get a haircut and meet up with another local blogger, but I had to cancel as now the hubby is going to work and the babysitter isn't available. I guess my social life isn't happening this weekend, but we are definitely rescheduling.

I love her style not only in the fashion sense, but also in her interior decor. And I love that she bakes and is a mom who still dresses fun.
