Moments with Sunday

Let's rewind to last Sunday while I was in Charleston. I happily stayed longer that morning to enjoy the last day of the weekend trip.

Where: Black Tap Coffee, Charleston, South Carolina
Menu: Lavender Latte and a blueberry muffin
What: Read a book and took notes of the trip

Something I rarely do is just pop in into a coffee shop to enjoy a latte or read a book. Since I opted to not take my laptop with me, I pulled out my notebook and started taking notes of the trip. I also managed to finish reading this book.

Where: Butcher & Bee, Charleston, South Carolina
Menu: Lamb Pita with a glass of water
What: Brunch date with Caycee and Natalie

Caycee and Natalie were so kind to meet me on Sunday for brunch. I know Sundays are sacred for families, but when Natalie mentioned that we should meet, I immediately jumped to the idea to get some extra time with the girls. The pita bread at Butcher & Bee is homemade so it was a must. Natalie took her two beautiful/handsome kiddos and it was such a pleasure to finally meet them as well.

It started raining as I was leaving town. I was so glad the weather cooperated when we first arrived.
