Healthy Sweets
As the weather gets warmer, I'm pulling my Zoku out of the freezer and making the kiddos homemade popsicles. It feels much better to have them eat homemade versus store-bought. The coconut water not only is healthy but also gives the popsicles a sweeter taste so that not that much sugar is used. On any batch of popsicles I make, I only use about 3-4 tablespoons of sugar. I hope this inspires some new ideas for you to make to your kiddos. And really they are so simple to make. I use a hand blender and the Zoku does the rest.
