Good Things
Navy is quickly becoming my new favorite color. But the other day as I was planning what to pack for my upcoming trips to Morocco and Paris, I found myself in my closet looking for a navy top with no luck. To my disbelief I only found a thick sweater. The rest of my navy items are all striped shirts. But thanks to eBay I found the J. Crew Swing sweater that has been sold out in the navy color. {On a side note: I'm so happy to see that J. Crew brought a version of the swing sweater in their new style guide. I know I will add more colors for fall.} I'm planning on wearing it like this, maybe for Paris, but definitely when the weather cools a bit. Also, the hubby has been planning a casual dinner date for me to meet all of his Moroccon co-workers and I've been stressing about what to wear to it. Call me crazy but packing stresses me out {hence I've been planning way in advance}! Anyway, I came upon this picture of Grace and I immediately fell in love with her outfit. It's dressy on the bottom and casual on top so it balances itself right?! Add a pair of summer sandals and I think I'm set. Thank goodness last December I snagged this J. Crew sequin skirt in navy and I just ordered the most soft tee to wear with it.I'm also eyeing a few things in navy for the home. I'm pretty obsessed with that Red Valentino coat and the new fine jewelry collection at J. Crew from designers like Catbird, Maya Brenner, and Jennifer Fisher. Make sure you take a peek because it's good!Shop the post:Sundry La Mer Tee, Sophie Hulme Envelope Handbag, Red Valentino Coat, Open Door Shop Tray, Spoons, and Napkins, Josefinas Ballet Flats {also love these}, Tory Burch Passport Wallet {on sale}, Point Sur High Rise Skinny Denim[show_shopthepost_widget id="172748"]
