Dinner for One
On most nights, you'll find me eating homemade pizza {my favorite meal} or something easy like a cheese plate, a salad, or store-bought sushi. But on this particular night, having leftover broiled lobster from this recipe, I decided that a proper dinner for one was in order. Just so you know, I rarely sit down to eat or I usually eat at my desk. As the evenings cool down a bit, and on this particular evening it had been raining all day, and the air starts to feel a bit like the beginning of fall, I love to spend time in our sunroom. So I walked my dinner to the room and enjoyed the sound of the rain while I ate. It was so refreshing! And it made me question why I don't do it more often.Leftover Lobster SandwichLeftover broiled lobster, see this recipeChampagne Sauce, see this recipeHollandaise Sauce {found it at Fresh Market}Fresh parsley or dillKosher saltBlack pepper, freshly groundFrench baguetteSpread Hollandaise sauce on bread.
