The Seafood Market

One of my blog friends is also traveling this week and she asked if I could help her out and share a recipe for her blog while she's away. I excitedly accepted as I love any excuse to get in the kitchen cooking and drinking, and trying new recipes. Her theme for the week is beach-related so I thought I would stop by my local seafood market and pick out something fresh. The thing about seafood markets is that they are not glamorous at all. If anything they are a fishy-smelling warehouse.
