Holiday Celebration + Sun-Dried Tomato Dip {#MezzettaMemories}
I love this time of year and I'll use any excuse to have a celebration. On this occasion it was just the hubby and I, but we were celebrating the fact that we were 99% done with our Christmas shopping on December 1st! That's a big accomplishment for the Mueller Family. I whipped up a favorite sun-dried tomato dip, crackers, cheeses, olives, and threw it all on a wood board. What made it more festive was our boxwood wreath, the Christmas music in the background, and the beautiful color of the pinot noir we were drinking.The holiday season brings so many memories of being with my family in the kitchen and celebrating the season. Add the scallions and pulse a few times until evenly mixed.
