The "Anywhere" Workout With A 30-Day Squat Challenge

theanywhereworkout_saramuellerI've talked to you about my goals to get in better shape and there's no better motivation than getting my body ready for bikini season. And I have to say, moving to Miami is also a great motivator for me - embarrassing so. The hard part is fitting in a workout and working out from home isn't always for me. But I have to do something. And better-for-you snacks do help, but when combined with exercise it's even better. And that's when I remembered pinning this anywhere workout and this 30-day squat challenge. Since our Miami trip is only about a month from now, I need to get with it. So I decided to combine the two workouts and hopefully I'll see some good results by day 30. Wish me luck! I'm starting now.I wanted to share this concept with you because I know I'm not alone when it comes to being out of shape. So maybe I'll motivate you to join me on this challenge.
