Ten Cookbooks You Need In Your Kitchen

katieleeI've said it many times before, I'm a cookbook hoarder. But there are those cookbooks that I love or pull out frequently from my kitchen bookshelf. You know those cookbooks you can count on that offer foolproof recipes. I have a few of those - probably way too many. Here are my favorite and some I'm dying to get my hands on.Joy of Cooking - The classic cookbook! Enough said.Mastering The Art of French Cooking - Julia Child's cookbook - traditional French cooking at its best.Gourmet - I've found the best chocolate chip cookie recipe in this book.Ina Garten cookbooks - All of them. I haven't made one that has disappointed me yet.Sunday Suppers - From the cream biscuits on lazy weekend mornings to the fish tacos with avocado crema on weeknights. You can't get better than that.Williams Sonoma's Essentials of Slow Cooking - From Mexican Carnitas and Chicken Korma, the recipes are delicious and easy for the novice cook.Miette  - From macarons to homemade graham crackers to peanut butter cookies - I love every single recipe I've made from this book, and I think I've made almost every recipe.Rick Bayless cookbooks  - If you love Mexican food, these are a must. Although a bit time consuming, I've found the recipes to be the real Mexican thing.Endless Summer Cookbook - Katie Lee's new cookbook seems like the perfect addition for those endless summers in Miami.Andie Mitchell's Cookbook - Out next Spring, this is a book I must own. The photography is amazing and the food looks delicious.
