My Personal Smart Coach

Life is about to get more crazy - I'll officially start living out of a suitcase and the thought of that really scares me. The worst part is all the lifestyle changes that will happen because of that - my eating habits, "normal" work hours, and not have the comfort of my own bed to end the night.

So gearing up for these changes, I've started this anywhere workout and this 30-day squat challenge. I'm on day 29 today and I'm happy to say I can already notice some changes. The great part about exercising is not only how good it feels, but it also helps clear my mind and relieve stress.

One thing that has really helped me stay on track to reach my daily fitness goals is this activity tracker, UP MOVE by Jawbone along with the Smart Coach app. It has even helped me stay motivated while traveling and on the road. It advices me on how close I am to reaching my goals, and if I'm not being very active, it provides helpful hints on how to meet those goals.

Here's the UPMOVE by Jawbone tracker with the clip. It's small, compact and easy to wear. You can also wear it on your wrist {see here}. You can see what the Smart Coach app looks like in this post.

A few days ago I mentioned I would share my favorite things about the app. Not only does it keep track of your food intake, activity, sleep, and calories burned, but it provides you with helpful tips tailored for you based on your information. Here are some examples:
