In the Kids' Room: A Gallery Wall With Framebridge

I have found it to be a challenge to mix both boy and girl stuff, so as a few days ago, the room remained pretty neutral -- white walls, light grey bunk beds, pin-striped light blue bedding, and white and black furniture. As I write the description of the room, it might even give the impression that it was more on the masculine side. But one thing I knew the room needed, was cheerful pops of color to make it bright and reflect both the kids living and playing in the room. And that's where this colorful gallery wall came into play.

The other dilemma I recently wrote about, is the lack of wall space in our new home to hang pictures, but luckily the kids' room had a wall waiting to be filled. And it just so happened that on our wish list, was to print and frame some of our favorite photos of the kiddos. So when Framebridge approached me to partner with them, I immediately jumped at the chance. I also thought it would be perfect to surprise the hubby and the kiddos with this wall.Framebridge-gallerywall-heartsagram-saramueller-h1This was my first time playing with the Framebridge upload feature and I loved how simple and easy it was. You can either select photos from your Instagram feed {or any feed}, or straight from your computer files. My favorite feature of using Framebridge was how easy it is to see how your final piece of art will look once it's framed, with a mat or without a mat, and you have more than 25 different frame options - all of which you can easily view. You can play with the different frame options, add a mat {or not}, and size your frame by easily going from extra small to large. It even lets you crop your photos if you need to do any adjusting. I simply went back and forth between sizes until the final measurement was how I wanted it. Super simple!

The frames came individually boxed and well wrapped. It felt like Christmas all over again when they finally arrived. I was impressed with the quality and care of the packages. When a company pays attention to every detail, you know they are truly quality and customer focused.

And I think the garland along with the gallery wall add some whimsy and magical feel.

So as a pre-Valentine's Day gift, I surprised the hubby and the kiddos with this gallery wall full of our favorite photos of the kids and a special Heartsagram from Framebridge. I carefully chose photos from our time in North Carolina and a more recent one here in Miami. These photos not only document some of the places where we have lived, but also when we became a family of four. The best part, we will have these photos framed to treasure forever and we will be taking these to our next city. Yes, as a military family we are constantly moving, and I'm glad we have these special moments framed.

And if you need a Valentine’s day idea, how about a Heartsagram of your own for a special someone? If you decide to do so, make sure you order your Heartstagram by February 7, 2016 so that it gets to your special person on time.

P.S. Use code SARAM15 to get 15% off your first Framebridge order. Offer is valid until April 30, 2016.
