The Key To Healthy Living
So they say that the most important meal of the day is breakfast and I'm turning into a believer. To me, eating a healthy breakfast has been setting the stage for the day. And one thing I'm learning not to sacrifice is, healthy eating. It's a way of living even on rushed weekday mornings. And rushed they are most days as I'm getting ready for the gym and the kids ready for school, walking our dog, and of course breakfast.
So whenever I'm running late or feel crunched for time in the mornings, my go-to breakfast has been this Plenti Oatmeal Meets Greek Yogurt. It's a great substitute for my morning smoothie. If I have fresh fruit on hand, like blueberries in this instance, I sprinkle some to add some crunch, and I also add a light pinch of chia seeds.
