The Food Lover's Cleanse

Every new year brings the motivation to get back in shape -- whether it be joining the gym, or exercising more, and maybe even doing a cleanse. I recently decided that it was time to get back into spinning, and this food lover's cleanse has caught my attention as well. I'm doing this to be healthy, to age better, and to improve my self-esteem. And yes I'll admit it -- to feel more comfortable in my bikini when going to the beach.

However, I don't think I can commit to the whole food lover's plan as it seems a bit too much for me, but I'm proposing that for the next two weeks, I will definitely try one recipe a day, like this oatmeal, this smoothie, a simple snack, and this salmon with cucumber-yogurt sauce. One thing is for sure though, I'll be eating healthier and exercising more.
