Valentine's Day Card {Free Printable}

To kick off the month of February, I thought it would be fun to provide you with a Valentine's Day printable. I'm printing several of these on card stock paper for the kids' school goodie bags. Just print, fold in half, and have the kids write a note or their name. Super simple and thoughtful! It's a great weekend activity.
