Oh Christmas Tree

I love this time of year. It gives me all those special holiday feels. Yesterday we decorated the tree with Home Alone 2 playing in the background. I love how Kevin says, "why do we have to go to Florida? There are no Christmas trees in Florida." Well thank goodness they ship them. We found the most perfect tree farm and the kids had fun finding our tree. And it's still shorts season in Miami. It's always shorts season here. Ha!

We made a quick stop at Trader Joe's to check out their new holiday collection. I found some real mistletoe and the most delicious maple syrup. A holiday must for pancakes and waffles, and even a cocktail!

And although this picture is super blurry, I love how it captures the sparkles of the lights.

Today we're off to get our holiday pictures done. Better late than never right? Hopefully, I'll have a few to share soon.
