Weekend Memo

I'm beginning to think that we won't get any cool days here in Miami. The temps are still lingering in the 90's and I'm having a hard time getting into the holiday spirit. So in order to remedy that, I'm going to start playing Christmas music at home and countdown the days to Christmas with my favorite holiday movies. All in the name of the holiday spirit. Nobody likes a Grinch and I'm afraid I'll turn into one unless I do something about it. So first up, Home Alone and Home Alone 2. Remember the quote from Kevin McCallister in Home Alone 2, "who wants to spend Christmas in a tropical climate, anyway?" His family was traveling to Miami. Ha! And I kind of agree with him. Is there anyone up north who wants to host me for Christmas?
