Every Day {#Unlimited} Fun
Today, I want to talk about fun -- those everyday, simple pleasures we partake in and sometimes without even realizing it.

You may be asking why I'm even sharing the definition of fun, but in a recent study conducted by Chase Freedom Unlimited, apparently we, Americans, are not having enough fun – we’re experiencing a fun gap. You can read more about the study here. How can that be?! To tell you the truth, I was a bit surprised by the results. So I'm going to share with you how I enjoy the every day -- my idea of #unlimitedFUN. Because fun doesn't need to be extravagant, expensive, a trip, or far from our reach.
My idea of everyday fun {#unlimitedFUN} comes in the form of simple pleasures. A trip to the store for fresh flowers, a new book or magazine, a little box of macarons from Ladurée, a latte to start the day, a healthy smoothie after my workout, a picnic, a trip to the beach, or catching up on my favorite show with a glass of wine at the end of the night. What I love about all of these is that they are all easy and attainable, they won't break the bank, and are sure to put a little pep in my step.
For this post I decided to document some of these ideas to hopefully inspire you to add #unlimitedFUN to your every day.
Planning a picnic always brings me joy. I love putting together a simple, beautiful, and thoughtful basket. And I can't help myself, but I always go for beautiful branding. What can I say, it's the little things.
Here I am picnic ready. I found this wall of flowers that was begging for a picture.
I do a little happy dance whenever I find peonies, especially when they are not in season. This week I found some pretty bunches and I couldn't help myself but to bring one home with me.
Fresh blooms, a new magazine or book, and Ladurée macarons will always brighten up my weekend without fail. Add a Diptyque candle to this mix and you'll have the secret to my heart.
And sometimes I'll go out of my way to make my morning extra special -- like switching my cup of coffee for a latte or a foamy macchiato.
Because we live in Miami, we are lucky that a trip to the beach is minutes away. It's always fun to take the kids to go play in the sand and water.
